Peak Timing is a service provider to Event Organisers or Owners, and the events listed on this website are subject to the policies, terms and conditions of each event.

1. Cancellation and refund policy

• Entry cancellations follow the terms set by the original event organiser.
• When organisers cancel events, refunds or credits follow their established policies.
• For rescheduled events, organisers notify participants and existing entries transfer to the new date.

2. Non-refundable circumstances

Tickets cannot be refunded due to personal or health reasons, such as a change of plans or change of mind, plus other circumstances like transportation issues or an inability to participate.

3. Resale responsibilities

Peak Timing disclaims responsibility for cancellations or rescheduling initiated by event organisers. Disputes should be directed to the relevant Race Director.

4. Policy modifications

Peak Timing reserves the right to amend this policy, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting.
